  • Who do I call in a case of a false alarm?

    Our monitoring provider is Monitronics and can be reached at

    1(800)447-9239. Most of our customers also enjoy our 2 way service, and can talk with us directly, hands free through a built-in speaker phone in each one of our systems.

  • Moving?

    We’d love to help our customers to remove, and reinstall at their new home. If you’re moving close to home and in our service area, we can coordinate a simple move for you, please contact us 14 days before the planned move.

  • What if the new homeowners would like to keep the system?

    The new home owner can take over the account, with your permission, if that’s what all parties would like to do.

  • My system broke, or something happened, how can I get service?

  • Will Skywatch charge me any other fees in the future?

    Our monthly plans are price protected, and won’t be increased.

    Skywatch is a leader dealership for home and small business alarms.

    We will service all our customers in our service areas.

     

    We offer a free visit from one of our technicians for the first 90 days from the install date.

     

    After that we have you covered! We will replace every sensor if needed at no cost, although a trip fee might apply in certain areas, and stands for fixed $50 per visit.

  • Will a Skywatch security system decrease my home insurance payment?

    YES! Most insurances companies will honour up to 20% discount on installing one of our systems in your home or business. We recommend to ask your insurance company/broker how to maximize your discount, using our services.

     

    We supply a copy of a certificate with each one of our systems. If you haven’t got yours, or if you need another copy please contact us at Info@getskywatch.com and we will be happy to provide another copy to you.

  • Someone knocked on my door, do you have a promotional reps in our area?

    We are certainly expending our services and growing constantly, as for that we do have promotions in different areas.

     

    Our reps wear a Skywatch shirt, and carry a Skywatch rep ID badge, as well as a copy of all licenses needed. You can verify a rep here or by calling us. We are here to give you all the peace of mind you need.
